Joe Carr is Executive Vice President and City Executive - Washington and Unicoi Counties for Bank of Tennessee. He is responsible for the sustainable and sound growth in the Bank’s retail and commercial lines of business in the Johnson City market. Carr joined the Bank in 1990. He is a graduate of Tusculum College, Tennessee Commercial Lending School and Louisiana State University School of Banking. Carr is involved in local community activities that include the Director and former Treasurer of the Appalachian Fair.
A life long resident of the Tri-Cites, Joe Carr currently resides in Jonesborough with his wife and daughters.
