David Wagner is Executive Vice President and City Executive - Bristol and Blountville for Bank of Tennessee. He is responsible for the growth and effective management of the Bank's Bristol and Blountville banking relationships. This includes providing a complete platform of services to our clients through offering innovative deposit, credit, and treasury management solutions for customers both small and large.

Wagner serves on the King College President's Round Table, the Wellmont Foundation Board of Governors, Wellmont Bristol Regional Hospital Board, Bristol TN Industrial Development Board, and Chair of the Bristol Tennessee Housing and Redevelopment Authority Board. He is Treasurer of the Mountain Empire Chapter of the American Red Cross Board and is the 2009 Chairman for the Bristol TN/VA Chamber of Commerce. He is also a member of Bristol Noon Rotary and State Street United Methodist Church.

Wagner is a graduate of East Tennessee State University (ETSU) and the American Bankers Association's Stonier Graduate School of Banking at Georgetown University.

David Wagner is a Kingsport native. He currently resides in Bristol with his wife and children.
