Darla Scott is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Bank of Tennessee. She also serves as Chief Financial Officer for BancTenn Corporation. As CFO, she is responsible for the financial functions of the Bank including Accounting, Audit, Facilities Management, Treasury, Tax, Asset / Liability Management, Planning and Analysis, Budgeting and Investor Relations. Scott is a Certified Public Accountant and is a member of the Tennessee Society of CPAs (TSCPA) and the American Institute of CPAs (AICPA). She also serves on the Advisory Board for the Department of Accountancy at East Tennessee State University (ETSU).

Scott is a graduate of ETSU and is a Kingsport native. She currently resides in Piney Flats with her family.
