Cindy Cantrell is the Senior Marketing/Retail Operations Officer. Her responsibilities include oversight of Bank of Tennessee's Marketing Department, Branch Operations, Compliance/BSA Departments, Mortgage/Consumer Loan Underwriting and the secondary market Mortgage Division. She joined Bank of Tennessee in 2005 with a depth of experience and a broad knowledge of the financial services industry. She has been involved with Partners-in-Education and is a member of Christ Fellowship Church in Kingsport.

Cindy Cantrell is originally from Western North Carolina. She currently resides in Kingsport with her family.
