Bank of Tennessee advertising nets gold district ADDY for The Tombras Group

Johnson City, TN May 12, 2010 –American Advertising Federation (AAF) District 7 ADDY awards recently recognized The Tombras Group with a gold ADDY for their work on Bank of Tennessee’s 2009 advertising campaign during the District ADDY competition at the District 7 Spring convention in Mobile, AL.

“We were confident that Tombras had captured a message that would resonate with customers. The message of the campaign was that our bankers put themselves in the shoes of the customer everyday. We are proud that the AAF recognized the campaign with a gold ADDY on the district level,” said Cindy Cantrell, Bank of Tennessee Director of Marketing. “Knowing some of our competition, we’re humbled to be placed in the same category.”

On the local level, AAF Northeast Tennessee initially awarded a gold ADDY to Tombras for their work with Bank of Tennessee in Mixed/Multiple Media – Consumer, Local. The campaign included newspaper, Bank of Tennessee website landing page, Internet banner ads, TV and radio ads. The ad was forwarded to the AAF District 7 competition. The ad has been forwarded to national ADDY competition in Orlando, FL.
